Four Days of Fundamental Level Training in

Fundamentals Workshop #1: This workshop will focus on Dai Ling Zhang (Leading Palm) fundamental stretching and strengthening exercises. In it you will learn what you need to get in shape for the later workshops. Study hard and practice for over the next month to get ready for more! | |||

Fundamentals Workshop #2: Advanced foundation work Yang Sheng Zhuan Zhang Ba Shi (8 Energy Circle Walking) will be the subject of this workshop. You will build on the conditioning from Workshop #1 and will learn to connect the energy throughout your body to develop a strong Baguazhang foundation. | ||||

Fundamentals Workshop #3: Baguazhang is noted for its palm changes, which will be the focus of this workshop. The changes are subtle, powerful, and profound. You will have a chance to explore them with the Yin family lineage holder who has devoted his life to their practice. Ji Ben Zhuan Zhang Ba Shi (The Basic Circle Walk with 8 Changes). | ||||

Fundamentals Workshop #4: Time flies when you're having fun! This last workshop will take all you have learned and show you how to apply it in the form of applications based on the palm changes. Baguazhang is noted for quick and ever changing movements. You will learn some of the applications that use these skills.

of Intermediate Level Training in November 2016 This is a series of 6 one day sessions that build from the basics to practical applications and weapons. Experienced martial artists and beginners who have taken the fundamentals training will benefit from this series.
